CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed only after the payment via Bank Transfer / EFT is received in the company accounts.

Orders with unpaid payments can be canceled without any processing.

Cancellation requests for paid orders that have not yet entered the product preparation phase may be considered.

Cancellation requests after packaging, preparation, shipment, or the start of international shipping will be evaluated according to relevant legislation and this policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers with consumer status may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date they receive the product, in accordance with the current Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met;

  • The product must be unused,

  • The original packaging must be intact,

  • Tags must not be removed,

  • The product must be resalable,

  • All accessories and any promotional items must be returned completely.

3. Return Conditions

Customers wishing to return products must first contact us.

The product to be returned must be;

  • Unused,

  • Unwashed,

  • Without alterations,

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or similar usage marks,

  • Suitable for resale.

Returns of products unsuitable for hygiene or resale may be rejected.

4. Exchange Procedures

Exchange requests are evaluated based on stock availability.

If the requested size, color, or model is in stock, the exchange can be processed.

For out-of-stock items, alternative products may be offered or mutual agreement reached.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the delivered product is;

  • Damaged,

  • Incomplete,

  • Incorrectly sent,

customers must contact us as soon as possible from the date of receipt.

After necessary inspections, if the error is on our side, the product will be replaced or an appropriate solution provided.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend customers inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.

Packages identified as damaged should not be accepted, and a damage report must be issued by the courier.

Without a damage report, the inspection process may be prolonged.

7. Special Provisions for Wholesale Sales

For sales to businesses, stores, boutiques, e-commerce sellers, and other commercial customers;

9. Completion of Return Process

Returned products are inspected for quality control upon receipt by our company.

If return conditions are met, the process is completed in accordance with relevant legislation.

Products not meeting conditions may be returned to the customer with justification.
