DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer via the website mertergiyim.com.

4. Payment
For orders placed via mertergiyim.com, the only payment method is Bank Transfer / EFT.
Orders are processed after payment is received in the Seller's accounts.
Product preparation and shipment will not begin before payment is completed.
5. Delivery
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.
Deliveries are made throughout Turkey via contracted cargo companies.
International shipments are carried out through international transport companies.
Official holidays, force majeure, and logistics delays may affect delivery times.
6. Cargo Inspection
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package in the presence of the cargo personnel upon delivery.
Packages found damaged should not be accepted and a report must be drawn up by the cargo personnel.
Products received are considered delivered in good condition.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Buyers who qualify as consumers under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of product delivery, provided legal conditions are met.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned complete with its original packaging.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products excluded by law and related regulations.
8. Return Conditions
After approval of the return request, the product must be sent to the address specified by the Seller.

Products not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
9. Wholesale Sales
mertergiyim.com primarily operates in wholesale sales.
For sales to businesses for commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code apply.
Return and exchange conditions for commercial sales can be separately agreed upon before ordering.
10. Force Majeure
Parties cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, official decisions, or similar force majeure events.
11. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data shared by the Buyer will be processed and protected in accordance with the applicable KVKK regulations.

12. Evidence Agreement
The parties agree that order records, electronic correspondence, bank records, server logs, and system logs constitute definitive evidence under the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).
13. Jurisdiction
Turkish law shall apply to disputes.
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over consumer transactions.
For disputes arising from commercial sales, Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
14. Effective Date
By confirming the order on the website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement electronically.
This agreement becomes effective on the date it is electronically approved.
