2. Purpose of the Form
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the Buyer who places an order electronically via mertergiyim.com in accordance with current legislation before completing the purchase.
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and electronically approved this form before completing the order.
3. Products for Sale
Details of the purchased products including;
Product name,
Brand (if any),
Model,
Color,
Size,
Quantity,
Unit price,
Subtotal,
Taxes,
Shipping fee (if any),
Total sale price,
are clearly displayed on the order screen and order confirmation.
4. Payment Method
For orders placed via mertergiyim.com, the only payment method is Bank Transfer / EFT.
The payment must be fully received in the Seller's bank account for the order to be processed.
Product preparation and shipment will not begin without payment confirmation.
5. Delivery Information
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.
Products are delivered throughout Turkey via contracted courier companies.
International orders are shipped through logistics companies providing international transportation services.
Delivery times may vary due to order volume, official holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, and force majeure.
6. Order Confirmation
To finalize the order:
The order must be created,
Bank Transfer/EFT payment must be received in the Seller's account,
Necessary checks must be completed.
The Seller will inform the Buyer promptly if products are out of stock or unavailable. In such cases, the Buyer will be refunded according to applicable laws and mutual agreement.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of product delivery without any reason, provided the conditions specified in the relevant legislation are met.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused,
It must be in resalable condition,
Original packaging must be intact,
Tags must not be removed,
The product must be returned complete.
This right cannot be exercised for products excluded by law from the right of withdrawal.
8. Return Process
To use the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via a durable medium.
After necessary inspections, the return process will be completed in accordance with current legislation.
The Buyer is responsible for properly packaging the product to prevent damage during return.
9. Information on Wholesale Sales
mertergiyim.com primarily operates in wholesale sales.
For sales to businesses for commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Turkish Commercial Code and related legislation apply.
For bulk orders, custom productions, promotional products, or commercial sales with special terms, return, exchange, and delivery conditions may be separately determined.
10. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data shared during the order process is processed and protected under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from consumer transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts as per applicable legislation.
For commercial disputes, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
12. Confirmation
The Buyer declares, confirms, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and electronically approved all information in this Preliminary Information Form before completing the order and placed the order accordingly.
