2. Purpose of the Form
This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to ensure that the Buyer placing an order electronically through the mertergiyim.com website is informed, in accordance with the applicable legislation, before completing the purchase.
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood and electronically approved this form before completing the order.
3. Products Subject to Sale
For the purchased products, the following details:
Product name,
Brand (if applicable),
Model,
Color,
Size,
Quantity,
Unit price,
Subtotal,
Taxes,
Shipping fee (if applicable),
Total sale price,
are displayed in detail on the order page and in the order confirmation.
4. Payment Method
For orders placed through mertergiyim.com, the only payment methods are Credit Card or Bank Transfer / EFT.
For the order to be processed, the payment must have been received in full in the Seller's bank account.
Product preparation and shipping will not begin until payment approval has been received.
5. Delivery Information
Orders are prepared after payment approval has been received.
Products are delivered throughout Türkiye via contracted shipping companies.
International orders are shipped through logistics companies providing international transportation services.
Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as order volume, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures and force majeure events.
6. Order Confirmation
The following are required for the order to be finalized:
The order must have been placed,
The Bank Transfer/EFT payment must have reached the Seller's account,
All necessary checks must have been completed

The Seller will inform the Buyer as soon as possible about products that are out of stock or cannot be supplied. In such cases, the amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded, if applicable, in accordance with the legislation and the agreement between the parties.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Provided that the conditions specified in the applicable legislation are met, the Buyer acting as a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product.
The following conditions must be met in order to exercise the right of withdrawal:
The product must be unused,
It must be in resalable condition,
Its original packaging must be intact,
Its labels must not have been removed,
The product must be returned complete.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products excluded from this right under the applicable legislation.
8. Return Process
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer must notify the Seller of the return request in writing or through a permanent data storage medium.
Following completion of the necessary inspections for the return, the process will be concluded in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The Buyer is responsible for packaging the product appropriately to prevent damage during the return.
9. Information Regarding Wholesale Sales
mertergiyim.com primarily engages in wholesale sales activities.
For sales made to businesses for commercial purposes, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and other applicable legislation shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
For bulk orders, custom productions, promotional products or commercial sales conducted under special conditions agreed between the parties, return, exchange and delivery terms may be determined separately.
10. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data shared during the order process is processed and protected under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) in force.

11. Resolution of Disputes
For disputes that may arise from consumer transactions, the authorized Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts designated under the applicable legislation shall have jurisdiction.
For commercial disputes, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
12. Approval
The Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that they have read and understood all the information contained in this Pre-Information Form before completing the order, confirmed it electronically and placed the order based on this information.
